Just in Case You Were Curious about Trout Streams

Seriously..  Is this sign really necessary?  It's right along the path along Azalea Dr.  I highly doubt we will have anyone just dropping some development right there.  This belongs in a zoning code and not in the public realm in the middle of one of Roswell's most used amenities.

I've been reading your posts about the "sign litter epidemic" Roswell has been suffering from for at least the last 20 years. Most, if not all, of the signs are produced here in Roswell at the City's Transportation facilities at Waller Park. The redundancy of Roswell's signage could and should be handled "in-house" through the Historic Preservation Commission, Zoning and Code Administration, Transportation Departments and City Administration (the Mayor and Council). It would be interesting to know how much the City is spending on an annual basis for these signs.
